Security and Privacy Risks - sensitive information of employees are at a risk and would open doors for hackers.
Lack of emotional intelligence - AI does not have emotions and it works as a system. Hence, problems would occur when decisions that made are not touched with emotions.
High dependency on Technology - Here, the HRM highly depends on the technology. If any failures occur in the technology, the overall HRM functions will be affected negatively, and it would bring negative and risky outcomes to the organization.
