Talent Acquisition
The selection, recruitment and hiring of the skilled and suitable employees through strategic selection processes.
Talent Development
Providing career growth opportunities and benefits through training, mentoring, engaging and enhancing the skills of the employees.
Performance Management
Evaluating the performances and achievements of the employees through goal setting & feedbacks, surveys, and performance-records investigations.
Talent Retention
Talent Retention is one of the key components that come under talent management. If any organization fails to retain their talents after enhancing the skills, the talented employees tend to seek opportunities at other organizations, and it will then increase the employee turnover and cost of re-hiring the suitable employees.
Therefore, the main objective of talent retention is implementing strategies to retain top talent in the organization while reducing employee turnover.
Planning the Succession
